I have been running this SD card almost non stop for three years and it has not quit in my dash cam. I burned through 2 cards before this one. Downloads videos with really good quality. You won't be disappointed!Using F3 to test now. When connected via USB2, saw 8.9MB/s writes. When connected via USB3, saw 12.4MB/s writes.F3 - Average reading speed: 65.98 MB/s over USB3. Must be the system buffering to do so well on the reads.Initially, the SDXC device was only recognized as 26.2G in size. Tried to format on both Ubuntu and Windows7 - that didn't help. Dropped it into a chromebook and formatted it - 59G seen. Had to use some Linux-fu to avoid the MSFT-pattented exFAT stuff - running with FAT32 now.Didn't buy this thru amazon, my mistake. F3 shows this is NOT counterfeit and doesn't have any issues reading the files stored. Also have the brand recommended by wirecutter which performs better. Never really had any issues with Patriot flash memory devices. This is for quick media/audio storage during travel and for a chromebook. The faster, wirecutter storage is for a canon camera. As often happens, Amazon's price would have been better - I mis-remembered the price and thought it was a good deal. Ouch.We have kids who are hell-bent on having "the best". They do a lot of research to get the best value - and they've found a constant: Patriot products are - by far - the best value in storage, whether it's SD cards, MicroSD cards, USB drives... I don't know if you've ever experienced losing data when it was very important to have. It's happened to me and cost me a bundle. If you rely on having info at hand, any time, without corruption - never lost it with Patriot. We put this Patriot OX Series 64GB Micro SDXC card into a phone and have filled it up with important video and image shots to also put into video - dozens of times (in about three months) and never lost a single bit. It's great having the confidence that our data is not going to be lost.I came across this particular card after it was reduced in price and having never owned a Patriot branded card decided to give it a whirl. It's rated a bit slower than some other cards, but in real world performance, I didn't really notice a big difference in read/write speed vs some other cards that are rated at higher speeds. I also didn't perform any benchmarks, which I don't do for micro SD card reviews, as I simply don't require that type of precision.I've used this card without issue in multiple devices and have no problem recommending it. If you you intend to use this card to run an OS on (for something like a Raspberry Pi), the rated read/write speeds could conceivably cause an issue. I didn't run into any problems at all personally, but didn't use it for that purpose - I mainly used it for file storage on portable devices.I've been using this Patriot LX Series 128GB High Speed Micro SDXC Class 10 for just over a month now in my Amcrest 1080P PRO HD IP WIFI camera and it has been working great for me. This camera is said to support up to 64GB MICRO SD cards but I like more memory so that is why I put the 128GB card in it. And so far it is working flawlessly. I've adjusted the camera's video settings to record at a fairly high bitrate and at 25 FPS so I get really high quality playback of video it captures. With the camera settings I have this Patriot card is storing about 8 days of captured video for me to review and/or download and save to my pc if I need or want to.It's working great for my needs, what more can I say?As a Computer Engineer, I have a lot of electronics - and a lot of electronics means a lot of storage options needing to be filled.Over my years working with computers, consumer and corporate electronics, and digital products of all sorts, Patriot has become the go-to company for memory needs. The memory options provided by Patriot are reliable, inexpensive, and offer a staggering variety of memory solutions for ALL of your memory and storage needs. In my usage, I have NEVER had a Patriot memory device FAIL; not in a computer, not in a camera, not in a cell phone, not in a portable device, etc., nothing. Due to their low price and high degree of reliability, I HIGHLY recommend this to all my friends, family, and colleagues for ALL of their memory needs.Product came quickly, worked as described, and NEVER let me down.I don't know if it's me or the SD card but it slips out of my fone from time. To time other than that it's a great disk for memory it might be on my end and not the SD card but my fone is very old. But i have been transfering data from my fone to my computer get it if you love anime and t.v. seriesThis micro SD card is working as expected. Our tablet read expected capacity and hasn't had any issues with speed in writing to and reading from this card. No surprises (good or bad).Pros: works as expected - tablet read expected capacity, read/write speeds are fastCons: none that I can think ofIf I could change anything about this product: nothingPackaging type: retail type packaging - the micro SD card comes in the standard hard shell plastic case with the full size SD card adapterIf you found this review helpful - please click the "Yes" button below this review indicating so - thanks!
